My Story
Like many athlete's the pandemic has prevented me from playing the sport that I've always loved but what it's not stopped me is staying FIT, FOCUSED & CONNECTED to others whilst we've been apart.
That's what EXERCISE means to me and why I want to involve & encourage as many people as I can to be ACTIVE this month too.
I will support you on your journey by SHARING my progress online and SETTING different challenges that you can choose to follow.
The idea for my team challenge is based around 300. Perhaps one of my 6 challenges will resonate with you?
Below is what I aim to do in April:
• Run 300KM in 30 days
• Run further than I've ever run before (30KM)
• Walk a minimum of 1KM each day (30KM in the month)
• Share a weekly workout based on 300 reps (completed in under 30 mins) to be done at home with minimal equipment or body weight exclusive
• MEDITATE for 3 minutes a day
• 30/30/30 - Push ups/sit-ups/squats each day
To simplify: WALK, RUN or WORKOUT with me!
SET your own distance (30-300KM) and work towards your own GOALS.
Let's help each other and have fun along the way.
I hope to find 30 people to join my team and raise £300 in the process for a real worthy cause.
The funds I raise will help support Switch the Play Foundation to provide wellbeing support for sportspeople during this challenging time and help them transition successfully into the next chapter of their lives after sport.
